1. MEET AND DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENT

Getting us involved in the project as early as possible helps us support you in a smooth building process and seamless experience.

We can advise on the correct cable requirements and incorporate any necessary adjustments to the building to save time, mess and money later. It is best these are installed at the initial stage of the project as this is the optimum time for wiring for connectivity and discreet integration as a wired system is the quickest and most reliable way. However, wireless solutions are available if necessary.

We will discuss any house or schematic plans you may have room by room

Paul and Karen will listen to you and ask you about your lifestyle requirements and how you want to use your home.

We ask you to consider what your budget is for the project – we can provide starting Packages but the majority of our clients prefer a bespoke design tailored around their budget.

Bespoke Design

Paul will design a schematic cable plan and produce a cable and wiring schedule which can be used by our installation team or your preferred electrician.

Karen can provide photos and plans of interiors of how intelligent lighting effects can enhance your home.

We will discuss products available and produce a quote and specification plan that meets your budget requirements which we will discuss with you to ensure it suits your lifestyle and budget.

Making a start

We take a coordinated approach on site and will liaise with other professionals on site – builders, architects, interior designers, mechanical and electrical engineers, kitchen and bathroom designers, plumbers and landscapers. Paul will project manage his team on site to provide a smooth installation service. The team are always professional and respectful in their approach to your home or project.

Configure the system

Once installed, we will provide a handover pack with instructions and sit down with you, give you a demonstration and explain to you how your new system works. Paul will set up any phones and tablets, set up a few simple scenes to get you started and leave you for a couple of week to familiarise yourselves with the system. When you have gained confidence, he will return on a follow up visit and show you how to adjust and modify the settings and scenes.

Ongoing support

We are always on hand for any queries or worries

We offer a full warranty package with all our maintenance plans which will give you additional support, a regular service and any upgrades to the system which can be supported by software updates and details on upcoming new technology as required. Once set up on a monthly Direct Debit, we will monitor this for you automatically.
But we will NEVER leave you alone with a system you don’t understand or control.
